Project notes from QRUV Corp's work across AI systems, backend automation, mobile applications, document workflows, and product engineering. Some details are generalized to protect client confidentiality, but the engineering patterns and tradeoffs reflect real delivery work.
QRUV does not treat a project as successful just because the first demo looks impressive. A useful system has to fit the team that will own it. For AI work, that means the retrieval layer can be inspected, model behavior can be evaluated, cost and latency are visible, and users have a clear path when automation is uncertain. For backend and product work, it means the APIs, data model, operational workflows, and handoff documentation are strong enough for the next stage of the business.
Many client projects involve private workflows, customer data, legal or operational documents, internal pricing logic, or early product strategy. Because of that, these case studies avoid confidential metrics and identifying details unless they are safe to publish. The goal is still to be useful: each note explains the problem shape, the implementation approach, the practical outcome, and the kinds of tradeoffs QRUV considers before recommending a technical direction.
Across engagements, QRUV evaluates work by maintainability, reliability, ownership, and business usefulness. A smaller, well-instrumented system that a client team can operate is usually better than an elaborate architecture that requires specialist attention forever. That principle is especially important for small teams adopting RAG, LLM workflows, and automation for the first time.
Built a specialized SVG viewer tool to accelerate AI development workflows, enabling developers to visualize and debug SVG outputs from LLMs and AI systems.
Built a customer support system using OpenAI's agentic framework, integrating Dify, LangChain, and Chatwoot for clear AI-human collaboration.
Developed an automated cost document generation system for supply chain operations, streamlining document creation and processing workflows with parallel task execution.
Developed an intelligent contract generation and process automation system that streamlined document creation while ensuring legal accuracy and compliance.
Built a usage-based pricing platform enabling real-time metering, flexible pricing models, and automated billing for SaaS products.
Developed a social network mobile app that enables users to discover hidden gem locations and create custom road trip routes, moving beyond traditional route optimization.
Built a location-based social network app that helps users discover venues, events, and offerings while walking through nightlife districts in real-time.
Developed an Android application that enables users to back up photos directly to USB drives connected to their phones, providing offline backup capabilities.
Built a food ordering system connecting customers with Asian restaurants, featuring real-time ordering, payment processing, and delivery tracking.
If your team has a prototype, retrieval problem, document workflow, or automation project, QRUV can help turn it into a system that is easier to operate.
